Premier Education, our sports and after school club provider, are providing a free session every Wednesday at 11am until February half term. Parents and carers can join in with their children via Premier Education's Facebook page.
The healthy lifestyle sessions will cover 'Eat well, Sleep well, Move well and Drink well' and is suitable for all ages.
